Holli Leggette, PhD
Program Co-Director
Dr. Leggette joined the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications in 2014 and became an associate professor in 2020. Dr. Leggette teaches courses in writing, research, and public engagement. She has more than 15 years of experience as a scholar, researcher, and practitioner. Jason Peake, PhD
Program Evaluator
Dr. Peake started working for the University of Georgia after working as an instructor and researcher at Texas A&M University while completing his PhD. His scholarly achievements include 50 refereed publications, and 78 refereed presentations. He is a member of the National Association of Agricultural Education, Fellow, and a former officer with the American Association for Agricultural Education.

Abril Benitez, MSc
Graduate Research Assistant
Abril is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications. She is conducting research under the guidance of Dr. Wingenbach and Dr. Leggette and collaborates on the development and promotion of the REEU-ECN program.
